Mediante la Resolución 384 del decano Juan Manuel Salgado, de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales de General Roca declaró el jueves pasado la "emergencia financiera" debido a la falta de envío de fondos de la Administración Central de la UNCO.
El decano y abogado dijo que se utilizará "transitoriamente y hasta tanto se resuelva la situación financiera" los fondos pertenecientes a recursos propios que genera nuestra Facultad "para poder atender las necesidades mínimas indispensables que garanticen el funcionamiento adecuado de este asentamiento universitario". La facultad "está seriamente comprometida por la falta de desembolsos de dinero correspondiente a las partidas propias por parte de la administración central”.
La norma dictada el jueves 14 por Salgado, dispone además exigir al Rectorado la urgente remisión de fondos correspondientes al presupuesto de la Facultad.
Recordemos que también es necesario continuar atendiendo los compromisos contractuales que ha asumido la Facultad "para el normal desenvolvimiento de las distintas actividades hasta la finalización del cuatrimestre de clases".
